We presented for a cataract evaluation with Dr. Pirnazar on Thursday afternoon. Upon checking in, we were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile. The technician called me back for preliminary testing and explained everything professionally and made me feel comfortable. She made certain that the instruments were clean and disinfected. After this, we moved into the examination room for more testing. When her tests were finished, she brought my husband in to join us. The Optometrist, Dr. Jensen, came in for her portion of the examination and dilated my eyes. She was kind, professional, personal and thorough. Dr. Pirnazar completed the remainder of the evaluation, during which time he explained the cataracts and need for treatment. We discussed the different lens implants and which lens w ould best suit my needs. He is great and I would highly recommend him. Afterward, we met with the patient counselor, Fabiola, who helped get everything scheduled and discussed insurance and fees. Overall it was a smooth process and I am looking forward to my procedure.

I want to thank all the staff at the Roseville Nvision center for doing such a great job with the refractive lens exchange! From the staff at the front desk, to the medical providers, to the surgical staff, everyone was excellent. I’m so happy to be able to see without my glasses! I had a really high prescription and an astigmatism and they corrected both. It took me quite a few adjustments to feel satisfied with my vision and find a compromise between distance and reading vision. It’s six months later and I’m finally satisfied. I do a lot of reading and close-up work as a medical provider and I didn’t want to take my glasses on and off for everything throughout my workday. They told me I could take as long as I needed to be happy with the vision. I can’t recommend this location enough, they really went above and beyond for me and my eyes.

The early collection of your data will save you time on your initial consultation. Bring a copy of the forms you uploaded just in case there were technical issues with the upload. The staff were courteous and kind and they have a well-organized business operation. My examination was very thorough; they performed numerous tests, which were all reviewed by the doctor before my consultation. The doctor took time to get to know me and my personal habits before discussing options with me. It was a pleasant and efficient experience. I was then greeted by a fiscal team member who guided me through the options and what was covered by my insurance and approximately what I could expect to pay out of pocket. I did not have to make a decision that day, and I was provided a packet of information to review. My actual procedure is scheduled; but, based on the professional and personal manner of the exam, I have confidence in the upcoming procedures. I was also provided with early diagnosis of other vision concerns and a treatment plan for those other conditions. They work in partnership with my optometrist for post-surgical care, which is nice. I would recommend allowing sufficient time for this appointment. I wasn't in the waiting area very long, but they are thorough, and the process takes time

Dr Heinz is an exceptional Dr. he’s very nice soft spoken n cares about his patients n does a great job. He’s given me a new life n my eyesight is wonderful. I have to say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! My consultation lasted about 2.5 hours, and once all my tests were completed, Dr. Duna Raoof came in to speak with me. I loved her—she was direct, reassuring, and instantly put me at ease. My anxiety levels dropped immediately after meeting with her! I’ve had a few consultations elsewhere for lens replacement, but I ultimately chose NVision. Correction to my previous survey response. I had previously noted that follow up communication following my cataract evaluation was lacking. This was incorrect. The office had tried to contact me numerous times but my phone was set for blocking unknown numbers. I now know that new important contact numbers should be added to my phone if future communicstion is expected.
