EVO ICL™ (Implantable Collamer Lens)
EVO ICL™ (Implantable Collamer Lens) surgery involves putting an artificial lens in the eye. Unlike RLE, the natural lens is not removed, and the artificial lens is placed between the natural lens and the iris.

SMILE Eye Surgery
SMILE—Small Incision Lenticule Extraction—is the latest innovation in laser vision correction. SMILE eye surgery is a minimally invasive procedure that, unlike Lasik, does not require a corneal flap. The SMILE Laser works inside the cornea to remove your prescription by isolating a lenticule of tissue that is then removed through a very small, smile-like, incision. It has been successfully performed on over 8 million patients worldwide.
Konrad Filutowski, MD
Dr. Filutowski is our founder and Medical Director. He built the Filutowski Eye Institute starting as a single physician practice with one employee in 1990. Since then, his desire for innovation and drive to provide the best possible care for our patients has allowed us to grow into the multi-physician, multi-location practice you see today. Dr. Filutowski is married with three children. He is an avid skier, and a sports and race car enthusiast.

Dr. Dempsey has been a vision correction surgeon with us for over 25 years and has changed the lives of tens of thousands of Filutowski Eye Institute patients. Married with four children, Dr. Dempsey enjoys volunteering with her church and in her community and loves any activity that involves being in the water– swimming, rafting, or floating.
Oliver Filutowski, MD
Dr. Oliver Filutowski is the son of our founder and Medical Director, Dr. Konrad Filutowski. Having grown up working in the office, he now returns to us as a clinician and surgeon, eager to work with his father and serve our community. Dr. Oliver Filutowski enjoys exercising, playing tennis and sand volleyball, serving in church, cooking, spending time with family, and reading.

Dr. Rojanasthien comes to us with a passion for ophthalmology and improving the lives of his patients. He and his spouse enjoy cooking and dining, going to the beach and kayaking, traveling, and self-improvement via reading and working out.
Ariana Diamond, MD
