Excellent attention and customer service, I didn’t wait long, everyone was polite, helpful, patient and informative… the surgeon was clear and articulate enough for my layman’s understanding, he covered all aspects of the surgery and alternatives and referred me to other specialists that will help me figure out how to prepare for my surgery… the financial advisor was clear and helpful, she offered several options on how to finance the surgery, this place was one of the most professional and customer friendly medical centers I have ever dealt with, thanks and hope to have my surgery done soon !!
