From the moment I walked into the lobby/waiting area to the receptionist I could tell this was different from the often cold medical environments that are so common. The physician's assistant that served me was professional but also, 'over-the-top' kind and assuring. The whole staff was very knowledgable beginning with first exam and including staff at Beaver Sports medicine where surgery was done. Post op exams went very well. The process is efficient. Complete exam of eyes 5-6 different instruments and a regular exam. All done by professional individual. Followed by dilation and waited 10-15 minutes for the drops to work and a meeting with the Dr Raoof. She explained the test results and made recommendations. Followed by a detailed break dow of charges. She was very professional and honest about her recommendations. .
