Now a little over a week out and everything is great with my vision aside from some minor haloes and starbursts at night, which have already lessened a bit since! The entire team and staff here really have honed this craft such that what might feel like a scary procedure is just another Wednesday for them, which helped with my comfort and any nerves. I had the EVO ICL procedure done a week ago and couldn’t be happier with the results! I originally had LASIK scheduled at another facility, but I was referred to NVISION in Fullerton—and I’m so thankful I made the switch. I have a high prescription, and while LASIK was technically an option, I was advised it wasn’t ideal due to the amount of corneal tissue that would need to be removed. From the moment I came out of surgery, I was able to see—and I was amazed! My life has completely changed for the better since having this procedure done. From the moment I scheduled my surgery, the entire team was exceptional. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. Stephanie went above and beyond, answering my questions almost immediately—even on days when I was told she wasn’t in the office. Dr. Arakaki and Dr. Rowen were both kind, professional, and reassuring, which made the experience even better. One more thing worth mentioning is that I did have a small fiber in my eye and needed to go back in for a quick procedure to remove it. Dr. Rowen was very honest and professional about it, and I truly appreciated how she handled everything. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else taking care of me. I truly couldn’t recommend NVISION in Fullerton more highly!

When I was looking at cataract surgery specialists I a bit hesitant about getting my cataract consult with NVision because of a few poor reviews. But my optometrist recommended and it was excellent! I think I must have looked at a different place or the reviews were COMPLETELY WRONG! Professional from the get go. Told me what to expect for time needed for exam and it was spot on. Filled out forms ahead of time on line and reminders, confirmation of appt were provided. No wait at time of appointment. Entire staff were friendly and professional and took their time. Loved that all equipment was sanitized in front of me before use. Dr Rowan was great! She asked questions about my activities and listened to answers to help guide me towards lenses that would fit my lifestyle and what was important to me.
