Jennifer the patient coordinator is lovely she is can certainly understand and compassionate. I was very nervous for the consultation and she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Later I was fitted for trial contacts to see what LASIK would be like and who what a difference. I’m going to continue w contacts until I decide if I Want mono vision or dal for distance. Now I just need to decide before Dr tooma retires lol Thank you for a great experience so far.

I was seen at the time of my appointment, no waiting! Jennifer was great at explaining the tests I was having and also educating me about Lasik as well as lens replacement. The doctor informed me that I was not a candidate for Lasik and talked about the possibility of lens replacement. Very professional, kind, friendly staff who were more interested in educating me about my choices and my well-being versus trying to sell me on a procedure. Great experience!

He is patient to answer any questions one might have. There was absolutely no pressure for surgery. He simply reveals the facts. On my visit, Alberto was his technician who assisted with the examination. I was impressed with Dr Young and with his entire staff. The scheduler at Envision (Nicole) was helpful as well. I had cataract in both eyes. In Dec your team did surgery 2 weeks apart. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The whole staff was very knowledgable beginning with first exam and including staff at Beaver Sports medicine where surgery was done. Post op exams went very well. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes....no more reading glasses!! Would reccomend Eyecare Associates for your eye care
