I booked my consult back in June. They brought me in quickly and had me a tour of their beautiful facility. I was heard as a patient, one with very extensive eye history, also very rare. I booked my surgery date same day. I felt like I was in good hands. I had my surgery this morning. Every person I interacted with was amazing. Great facility and wonderful people. Went in for a consult for LASIK and they were straight up and very transparent with me. They 100% could have told me that I would benefit from the procedure (I would have to some degree) but, instead, they kept it real and told me that I’d be better off waiting until I was a candidate for lens replacement in 5-10 years, as that would be most beneficial to me. Kinda hard to find that level of integrity with elective procedures anymore. Very much appreciate that.
