Amazing people, Amazing work . The staff makes you feel very comfortable. Went in for lasik, no pressure on getting the lasik. Answered every question I had about the surgery and what the best option for me was. Had the surgery , everything went great. Its thr best feeling ever to be able to see cleary witn 20/20 vision. I originally had my Lasic procedure done 2003 by Dr. Tooma. They guaranteed that would get free enhancements later if needed. After 22 years I needed the enhancements! They were great and accommodated me without any issues. They suggested that I only correct one eye so that one eye is good for close up and the other for distance. That is what I did and I love it! I do not need glasses at all. It sounds strange to have them adjusted differently but it is great!

Van Duong (Aug – Sept 2025) I had cataract surgeries on both of my eyes at NVISION Eye Centers in Newport Beach in August and September of 2025. I can’t thank Dr. Raoof and NVISION Eye Centers staff enough for the wonderful work that they do. I really appreciate that this office is modern and uses all the latest technology. Before the surgery I can’t see at all on my right eye. Dr. Raoof took the time to address all my questions. I was nervous about having a cataract surgery but was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the operation was. I was impressed with the optometrists and the office staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Shunda who performed my post-op exams was very kind and respectful. I was very impressed with Nvision. I was there for two hours, which may sound like a long time but very little of that time was in waiting. I had around seven tests and was escorted to several rooms led by cheerful professionals. From there I met with a Physicians Assistant and finally with the the doctor. She had been completely briefed and had all the information she needed at hand to recommend treatment. I then met with a Surgical Coordinator who scheduled the surgery I needed. Considering the time spent, a great deal was accomplished.

It was a big, kind of scary decision for me to do my Refractive Lens Exchange. I consulted with my eye doctor, other vision centers and a physician who is in the NVision Clinic in San Diego that I met at a conference. Dr Madsen came highly recommended and we discussed the high success rate for this procedure. After living my whole life in glasses that were getting even thicker in middle age, I was done done done! with them. I was super jealous of my 78 year old mother bragging about how awesome her cataract surgery had been- sign me up! Just a couple of decades. I really only briefly saw Dr Madsen on the day of surgery, after my consult. My adjustments were done by Dr Kim and he was INCREDIBLE! Very patient, explained the process clearly and he was diligent about making sure my vision was crystal clear. No more glasses! Or contacs! Or headaches or neck strain from trying to find the right spot through my progressives. Dr Kim was professional, funny and he really cared about my vision and overall eye health. Being in medicine myself, I am one tough patient. I highly recommend the team at the Tigard NVision office.

The Staff and Doctors were great. The first week or two were challenging , i.e being careful, using eye drops, sleeping with the patch, showering and trying to wash my hair, pretty boring but be patient it gets better, you can see things clear and sharp, still aways to go but gets better every day, Nvision in always on top of things with clear instructions, just follow them, I don't know what Nvision stands for but to me its new vision.

Eyecare associates is a great place! From making an appointment to letting me know I could come in and try different frames to choose which I liked before my appointment happened, the front desk workers were kind and helpful the whole time. On the day of my appointment, everyone I dealt with (the front desk workers, the tech, dr Weber, and the person who helped me figure out what my glasses were going to cost) were in a good mood and smiling and made the whole experience very peaceful and easy.
