Answered every question I had about the surgery and what the best option for me was. Had the surgery , everything went great. Its thr best feeling ever to be able to see cleary witn 20/20 vision. I originally had my Lasic procedure done 2003 by Dr. Tooma. They guaranteed that would get free enhancements later if needed. After 22 years I needed the enhancements! They were great and accommodated me without any issues. They suggested that I only correct one eye so that one eye is good for close up and the other for distance. That is what I did and I love it! I do not need glasses at all. It sounds strange to have them adjusted differently but it is great!

Van Duong (Aug – Sept 2025) I had cataract surgeries on both of my eyes at NVISION Eye Centers in Newport Beach in August and September of 2025. I can’t thank Dr. Raoof and NVISION Eye Centers staff enough for the wonderful work that they do. I really appreciate that this office is modern and uses all the latest technology. Before the surgery I can’t see at all on my right eye. Dr. Raoof took the time to address all my questions. I was nervous about having a cataract surgery but was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the operation was. I was impressed with the optometrists and the office staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Shunda who performed my post-op exams was very kind and respectful. Sherine Barry was very patient and accommodating when I had to change my appointments multiple times and was great in addressing my questions. I feel valued and well taken care of as a patient. I’m very happy with the great service I received and highly recommend NVISION Eye Centers. I’m truly am grateful to Dr. Raoof and everyone at NVISION for the expert care I received. I had my LASIK procedure done with Dr. Tom Tooma and it was a very smooth, quick, and painless procedure. Now a little over a week out and everything is great with my vision aside from some minor haloes and starbursts at night, which have already lessened a bit since! The entire team and staff here really have honed this craft such that what might feel like a scary procedure is just another Wednesday for them, which helped with my comfort and any nerves. I would highly recommend NVISION for any of your corrective vision needs!

NVISION is a next gen medical practice. From the moment I walked into the lobby/waiting area to the receptionist I could tell this was different from the often cold medical environments that are so common. The physician's assistant that served me was professional but also, 'over-the-top' kind and assuring. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it and how it would enable Dr. Hines to prescribe the best diagnosis and path forward. The equipment is state-of-the-art and clean. Dr. Hines' persona was very calming, reassuring, and exuded an uncanny knowledge of his science and craft. He explained everything about my condition in ways that I could understand and why he prescribed the path forward that he did. I would highly recommend Dr. Hines and his team to anyone who has a need for an accurate eye diagnosis and care.
