Jennifer Li was very thorough and knowledgeable during my first two consultations (I got cold feet in 2023) but this year I made the best decision to go through with the surgery. I booked the date when Dr. Tooma was performing the surgery and it went very smoothly. From the consultation, to the pre-op and post-op appointments, I was very pleased with the whole experience. My post op questions we answered quickly which brought me to ease. The clinic is clean, the staff is great, and the only thing that took longer than the surgery was the wait. But honestly, if you’re going to trust someone to blast your eyeballs with lasers, waiting a bit feels like a fair trade. Would absolutely recommend NVision.

The doctor informed me that I was not a candidate for Lasik and talked about the possibility of lens replacement. Only have been here for exam so far. Most associates have been very pleasant and friendly. I had my first cataract removal surgery yesterday with a multifocal lens that also corrects for astigmatism. The entire staff has been friendly and kind. Dr Young was especially kind and skilled even though I turned out to be a high maintenance patient. My post op visit today was with Dr Kim who was also friendly and kind. The vision in my right eye is now 20/20! Next surgery will be in 2 weeks. I’m certain that procedure will go smoothly. Highly recommend Dr Young and all the staff at Nuvision Tigard.

He is patient to answer any questions one might have. There was absolutely no pressure for surgery. He simply reveals the facts. On my visit, Alberto was his technician who assisted with the examination. I was impressed with Dr Young and with his entire staff. The scheduler at Envision (Nicole) was helpful as well. The process is efficient. Complete exam of eyes 5-6 different instruments and a regular exam. All done by professional individual. Followed by dilation and waited 10-15 minutes for the drops to work and a meeting with the Dr Raoof. She explained the test results and made recommendations. Followed by a detailed break dow of charges. She was very professional and honest about her recommendations. .

The free consultation was great. They spent a lot of time with me testing my eyesight, taking scans of my eyes, meeting with the surgeon who would potentially do the eye surgery and giving me my best options. Low pressure, not sales-y at all. They actually advised me to get the cheapest option and I went in thinking I was going to get the most expensive option. I left with a packet of information and they said to give them a call if and when I’m ready to schedule. Great office staff. I went to the La Jolla location.
