I had a wonderful experience at the East West Eye office. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I noticed patients were already lined up outside the door at 7:55 AM, eager for the office to open—almost like I had arrived at Disneyland instead of a doctor's office! Absolutely incredible experience with all of the staff at NVISION. Paige was fabulous and very helpful when I was deciding on whether or not to do LASIK. I went for it a year later and scheduled my surgery with Dr. Tooma. I was nervous the day of, and all of the staff were so kind and explained every step of the procedure to me. It was so smooth and Dr. Tooma was fabulous. He made the experience easy and talked me through each step of the process. I woke up the morning after my surgery and could see my clock beside my bed for the first time since I was 10 years old. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.
